Owasso Plant Operations Leak

The wood supports on the RTU above the mens room have ben pressed into the roof system due to the weight of the equipment.
Scope of Work
1. All work to follow good construction practice and observe all codes and statutes that govern this construction.
2. Lift RTU enough to relieve pressure from wood blocks and allow room for repair.
3. Sweep back gravel from wood supports to bare felts.
4. Remove wood blocking from top of roof system and fill any voids created with flashing grade mastic.
5. Apply 30" X 30" Mineral Modified bitumen patch over void filled with flashing mastic and tie into existing roof system using a three course method.
6. Place a 24" X 24" X 1/4" thick steel plate over modified patch to distribute the weight of the RTU and let RTU down over plate.
7. All work areas are to be cleaned daily and pictures supplied to owners representative on a daily basis.
Wood Block is rotten and pressing into roof felts.
